Sedona opened up a dog park in 2007.
The park is located at the corner of Soldier’s Pass Road and Carruth Drive @ 950 Soldiers Pass Road. ( see map at bottom of this page) The park is open April 1 – Oct 1 from 6:00 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Oct. 2 – March 31 from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
It is in a very natural setting and there is no large grass field like most dog parks we have visited. It does have a nice open area for running and it also has a back area which is full of natural trees and bushes found in Red Rock country of Sedona.
Here are some photos from our visit:

after you walk in you are in the main run area where there is a shaded structure to relax under:

There is no grass area but there is a great dirt area for the dogs to run. Of course there is water available:

This trail leads to a back natural area …

where there are trails to walk with you dog

So have some fun with your dog at the Sedona Dog park like we did this time just being together:

Hope to see you there next time. Here is a map to help you get there:

Parking for the park is along the road:
